Innovators at the Intersection evolved from Diversity in Action, a publication founded to amplify voices and perspectives often overlooked in STEAM.

While the name has evolved, the mission remains the same: to highlight innovators whose ideas, experiences, and perspectives expand how we understand creativity, discovery, and progress.

Today, IATI builds on that foundation by exploring the broader intersections of culture and innovation.

• Leadership

Jordan Weiss, President

Jordan is co-founder and president of Innovators at the Intersection and host of the Innovators at the Intersection podcast. He helps guide the platform’s mission to spotlight innovators working across science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math. With long-term experience in publishing and media sales, he builds partnerships that connect brands with audiences passionate about innovation and culture. He is also a music producer whose work has been featured on several networks, including NBC, CBS, MTV and Food Network.

Robyn Weiss, Creative Director

Robyn is co-founder and Creative Director of Innovators at the Intersection, where she leads the publication’s editorial and creative direction across print and digital platforms. With more than 25 years of experience in media and publishing, she is known for her strong visual sensibility and ability to shape compelling editorial storytelling. Her work combines thoughtful design with narrative clarity to bring complex ideas and innovative voices to life.
